Not every project starts with a brief. Some start with showing up. Trail running found its way into YETI through years of quiet partnerships, from Crazy Mountain 100 to The Rut, seeding product with friends at Satisfy and local run clubs along the way. Over time, what lived behind the scenes became something we could share, culminating in a community run out of our flagship store in Austin with neighbors and friends’ support and launching on Strava.
